A slight mishap ~ Site will be hiccuping

 I'm not sure whats going on with the server right now but we have an admin in there right now taking a look into the issues. It's going up and down like you said, just haven't found the cause yet. I'd say give the admin about 1 hour to get this fixed and if it's not working by then try back and see if we have any more information for you on the issues. We apologize for the inconvenience, have a nice day.

Looks like they fixed it. Hostmonster tech support for you ^^

The error seemed to be caused by the system being overloaded by all of the websites running too many files.
