As it stands,
  • Travis (ECHO) - Coder, team coordinator, project coordinator
  • Brady (Stalin's Zombie) - Story Design, project coordinator
  • Zach (CyberPunk) - Moral support

There is not formal title for this concept yet. But several pages have been and will be written for the storyline. Some this will be released soon, but not until the storyline is complete.
