This issue was corrected and I show both servers back online.

Ventrilo issue has been resolve...DNS had to update.  If you are
unable to connect uding dal.clanbaselive.com you can try direct IP:
72.249.94.75"

Simply put our ventrilo IP address has changed (see the following blurb) We haven't lost anything but the IP is different.

Both servers are back online, there was a small network outage that caused this.

 

Note: to prevent vent issues like these, use the dal.clanbaselive.com DNS
